Let’s take a moment to daily prayer through the intercession of St. Rita:
Lord Jesus, I want to be Your disciple so much and to imitate You, but I still make so many mistakes – forget about You, let myself being lazy, get to illness, fatigue or bad habit. Sometimes I am overwhelmed by everyday problems. Jesus, give Your grace to me that I understand that You have chosen me as I am and You don’t want to wait until I become perfect, but today You invite me to walk in Your shoes.
St. Rita, my beloved Patroness, teach me to discern God’s will, that I could feel like a confidently beloved child, who entrust to Him every moment. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
